Wal-Mart's Self Description:
Wal-Mart DVD Rentals is an online DVD rental service that offers unlimited
rentals for a flat monthly fee per month based on the number of DVDs you have
out a time. This fee includes shipping. As part of our free trial offer, new
members will receive the first 30 days of the Wal-Mart DVD Rentals service at

Wal-Mart DVD Rentals has an online feature called
Your DVD List for members to request and track titles.
When members send back a DVD, we send another title
from their list. There is no limit to the number of
DVDs a member can rent each month. There are no late
fees, and members can have 2, 3 or 4 DVDs out at one
time, based on their membership plan. Monthly billing
begins the day after the free trial period or gift
subscription expires, and the membership may be canceled
anytime.

at a time - $21.94 plus applicable tax
They
are priced very competively, actually under pricing
the top dog Wal-Mart. But because they do not offer
Games at this price they do not receive a full 4/4
stars.

Wal-Mart'S EASE OF USE:
- The site is very straightforwared to use. Easy navigation gets
you to the categories you want quickly. The top rented list is very useful.
I personally liked their Movie Rating System, a 1-5 Star system with a simple
rollover of the mouse to set your rating.
Wal-Mart'S CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Swift reply to the email we sent to the support desk. Online
support is a breeze if you receive a damaged disc, or if you loose the DVD
sleeve or return envelope. Just use their support Wizard to report any of these
problems and it get resolved immeditely.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF Wal-Mart:
- Exactly what would you expect from the leader in DVD rentals. If you
don't care for Games or Adult Films then this service is right for you.

We
signed up for each companies FREE trial offer and
choose the following:
1) We selected the same 10 DVD's in 3 different categories: 3 New Releases;
3 Foreign/Classics; and 4 Standard Releases.
2) We searched through the available films to see which of these films
the site had.
3) We added all the films from the list that the site offered to our
rental queue.
4) We started all trials on the same day to determine the best service
during the same period of time.
