- QwikFliks offers the
largest variety of plans. The Standard membership
has 5 different plans ranging in price from $14.99
to $36.99. Our exclusive Rapid Return™ membership
has 27 different plans allowing you to control
the number of movies you see each month. The plans
are priced from just $10.95 a month to $72.95 a
month.
They
are priced very competively, actually under pricing
the top dog NetFlix. But because they do not offer
Games at this price they do not receive a full 4/4
stars.

QwikFliks'S EASE OF USE:
- The site is very straightforwared to use. Easy navigation gets
you to the categories you want quickly. The top rented list is very useful.
I personally liked their Movie Rating System, a 1-5 Star system with a simple
rollover of the mouse to set your rating.
QwikFliks'S CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Swift reply to the email we sent to the support desk. Online
support is a breeze if you receive a damaged disc, or if you loose the DVD
sleeve or return envelope. Just use their support Wizard to report any of these
problems and it get resolved immeditely.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF QwikFliks:
- Only one distribution center has us concerned, but their Rapid Return
Feature is a bonus that no other DVD Rental Site offers. You put the movie
in the main and then login to your account and say it's shipped back. Then
they will send you the next movie in your Queue, even before the one your sending
back gets to them. That's nice.

REVIEW METHODOLOGY
We
signed up for each companies FREE trial offer and
choose the following:
1) We selected the same 10 DVD's in 3 different categories: 3 New Releases;
3 Foreign/Classics; and 4 Standard Releases.
2) We searched through the available films to see which of these films
the site had.
3) We added all the films from the list that the site offered to our
rental queue.
4) We started all trials on the same day to determine the best service
during the same period of time.
