are priced very competively, actually under pricing
the top dog NetFlix. But because they do not offer
Games at this price they do not receive a full 4/4
stars.

BlockBuster Online'S EASE OF USE:
- The site is very straightforwared to use. Easy navigation gets
you to the categories you want quickly. The top rented list is very useful.
I personally liked their Movie Rating System, a 1-5 Star system with a simple
rollover of the mouse to set your rating.
BlockBuster Online'S CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Swift reply to the email we sent to the support desk. Online
support is a breeze if you receive a damaged disc, or if you loose the DVD
sleeve or return envelope. Just use their support Wizard to report any of these
problems and it get resolved immeditely.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF BlockBuster Online:
- Exactly what would you expect from the leader in DVD rentals. If you
don't care for Games or Adult Films then this service is right for you.

Blockbuster
online is great NOW. At first the DVDs
came from Texas and I live in Phoenix.
It took forever to send them back and
3 days to get them. However ever since
the first 3 all my DVDs have been shipped
from the distribution center in Phoenix.
When I shipy my DVDs they get there
in 1-2 days. I reveive the DVDs 1-2
days after they receive my last ones.
It is great.

I
have been a Netflicks fan in the past,
ordering at least a movie a week. I
saw the ads for the new Blockbuster
mail delivery offering during the Superbowl,
so I thought I would try them. They
have duplicated the method pretty well,
but the order tracking seems to lack
when compared to the incredibly efficient
way Netflicks handles theirs. I will
continue to use both the Netflicks
and Blockbuster sites.

REVIEW METHODOLOGY
We
signed up for each companies FREE trial offer and
choose the following:
1) We selected the same 10 DVD's in 3 different categories: 3 New Releases;
3 Foreign/Classics; and 4 Standard Releases.
2) We searched through the available films to see which of these films
the site had.
3) We added all the films from the list that the site offered to our
rental queue.
4) We started all trials on the same day to determine the best service
during the same period of time. |
